We bought a house yesterday! WOW!!
We put in our inital bid on Tuesday, they received in on Wednesday & countered within four hours, we countered their counter on Thursday and within 1.5 hours they accepted our offer! We sign the papers today!!!
We are going for a fast close because the previous homeowners are carrying two mortages and my absentee landlord is really making me mad so everyone's happy if we wrap this thing up quickly! We get the keys on June 29!
This seems so crazy! (in a good way)
