Hello. As promised, I'm going to update you with our CSA contents. We picked up our first box this weekend - well, honestly, my best friend picked it up for us because we were out of town - and we're amazed at how much stuff we got. We got:
lettuce (it's purpleish-reddish), spinach (a ton!), radishes, 1 dozen brown eggs, 4 sausages, 4 sausage buns, cilantro, 1/2 gallon of milk (not homongenized - it's yummy!), 1/4 lbs of local blue cheese (it's extremely mild), 1 dozen pink lady apples.
Yesterday, we made our dinner and we used the following: spinach/lettuce/cheese/radishes for a salad and Urban Cowbaby had homemade apple sauce for breaskfast this morning.
No pictures - maybe next week when we pick it up ourselves. :-)
