If you've been reading this blog, you know that I occasionally rave about how amazing Urban Cowboy is. He is truly a great man and here are this week's reasons:
1) his mom had knee surgery so he worked from her house yesterday to help her out (fetch her water, make/serve her lunch, be around for any "just in case" moments) while she recovers.
2) he tolerates my obsession with painting and he tolerates my choice to paint many different colors! Example: every room in our house (including the hallways) is a different color AND tonight L and I are RE-PAINTING the living room because after living with it for a month and a week I can't stand it any more! People see it and call it mauve or purple! Gag! SO, tonight it is being transformed and the newly chosen color is called Brown Bag (see pic) - does it seem boring? Maybe - but we have a blue couch and we'll do fun accents so it'll get dressed up. :-)
3) he made sure we each had 3 ice cream sandwiches from the box of 6 we bought.
I love being married to such a wonderful person! I don't know how he puts up with me and my antics but I give him a lot of credit for it!
